My name is Colin Fleming and I have been a member at Restoration for a long time! I am honored and humbled to be considered for a position on the leadership team. I am a military brat, and was raised in the Methodist Church but came to personally accept Jesus Christ as my Lord when I was alone at home on New Years eve in the 9th grade. My wife Ann and I live in Burnsville, and I work for the Minnesota National Guard. We have one adult daughter, Morgan, who is an Armor Officer (Tanker) in the Army stationed in El Paso Texas, and as empty nesters we have two very well exercised adopted Labs! In the past I have volunteered for and led the set up team at Restoration. Additionally, one of the most rewarding and formative experiences I have ever had in my life was participating in the Church Plant team for Restoration. The relationships and team work that went in to set the foundation for our journey are something that I reflect on often, and if elected I am looking forward to new challenges and new relationships with our Restoration Family!

My name is Greg Carlson, and Restoration has been my church home for the past two years. My wife of 26 years (Stef) and I have both been active Covenant Church members since shortly after my first surrender to Jesus while we were both still in college in St. Cloud. We now live in Farmington with our boys, Eli (17) and Sam (15), who are enjoying friendships with kids from your families since joining Restoration. We have a passion for missions and small groups. Stef and I have led/served internationally with teams in Lithuania/Russia, Hungary, Ecuador and Haiti along with several local/stateside ministries. We are passionate about processing life, exploring faith and serving in community with others in small groups. I am a colorblind Manufacturing Engineer by trade, and currently serve as VP Operations for Gemini, Inc out of Cannon Falls, MN. I’ve served previously as an elder with Crossroads Church (Eagan) and currently serve on the setup and facilities team at Restoration and lead a small group with
several amazing families. I am excited about our future at Restoration and would be honored to
serve on the Restoration Leadership Team.

My name is Chris Davis. Along with my wife Becky, I have been involved with the ministries of Restoration since almost the very beginning. My initial connection with Restoration came when I was hired as the Children’s Ministry Director, a role held for the first few years of the church. Even though that staff role ended many years ago, Becky and I are so grateful to still call Restoration “home.” Becky, too, has served on the Leadership Team, so I am grateful that we have now both had the opportunity to serve the church in leadership roles. My most recent contributions to Restoration have come through serving on the sound and media team (yes, I know what most of those little lights and buttons on the soundboard actually do!) Outside of Restoration, I currently serve as the Assistant Athletic Director and Special Education Coordinator for Legacy Christian Academy, a Pre-K through 12th grade school in Andover. Over the years, I have completed a master’s degree in theological studies and pastoral care, and have also recently completed my principal’s license and director of special education license. This unique combination of leadership, ministry, and education experiences should serve the Leadership Team well as Restoration enters a season of growth. The opportunity to serve the Restoration family through the Leadership Team is an exciting culmination of such a wide variety of leadership roles over the years.
