The critical co-worker, the negative neighbor, the controlling friend or family member… We all have those people in our lives. Those people are the people who think/say/do things in ways we don’t want to be affiliated with… They are “highly” people—highly critical people, highly needy people, highly controlling people. We tend to block them, avoid them, or deal poorly with them. How can we learn to live with, and even love, those people?
